PMO Manager

Full Time - KSA

The PMO Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing the Project Management Office (PMO) for the organization. The PMO Manager will oversee the delivery of all projects within the organization and ensure on-time completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain the PMO processes and standards for project management, including the governance framework and methodology.

  • Develop and maintain project management templates, tools, and systems to support effective project delivery.

  • Manage and coordinate project portfolios to ensure that all projects are aligned with organizational objectives, and that resources are allocated effectively.

  • Ensure that project progress is tracked and reported regularly to senior management, and that risks and issues are identified and managed appropriately.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, project managers, and external partners.

  • Develop and maintain project management training and development programs to ensure that project managers have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver projects effectively.

  • Provide guidance and support to project managers, helping to resolve issues and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the PMO processes and standards, ensuring that they remain relevant and effective.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Project Management. A Master's degree is preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or related fields, with a focus on managing complex projects and portfolios.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high performance.

  • Ability to think strategically and to develop and implement effective processes and systems.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage risks and issues.

  • Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) are preferred.

Working Conditions: The PMO Manager will typically work in an office environment, although some travel may be required to visit project sites or attend meetings with stakeholders. The role may involve working outside of normal office hours to meet project deadlines or to accommodate the schedules of stakeholders in different time zones.

Innovation Manager

This includes scoping and planning projects, managing project teams, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client. The Project Manager will work closely with the client and the team to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client engagements, including scoping and planning projects, defining project objectives and deliverables, and creating project plans.

  • Manage project teams, including assigning tasks and responsibilities, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client, managing client expectations and ensuring that the client is satisfied with the services provided.

  • Provide regular project updates to the client and Beyond’s senior management team.

  • Develop and maintain project-related documentation, including project plans, status reports, and project budgets.

  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring that they are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

  • Provide guidance and support to the project team, ensuring that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully deliver projects.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure that project deliverables are of the highest quality and are aligned with the client's needs.
